Christmas, the word, is it the end of the United States as we "knew" it?

  There are those, including some school systems, that aren't allowing the word Christmas  to be used. In the case of some school systems, not even in Christmas Carols.

                                                       OOOOPS!

        I said the word Christmas, that horrible word, the word that will set up a state religion, force people to attend state religion classes, attend state churches and contribute to the state  religion fund.  Yes, saying the word, Christmas, in or around a government building will  doom the country. If public  school children were to sing the word Christmas, in a Christmas song or put up an Angle or crib, the world may come to an end....

       Wait a minute, people in this country, including school children have been saying and singing the words Christmas, Christ, Christ Child etc. as well as making references to Christ, God, Heaven etc. for years and years and years. I swear, to this very day, there is no State Religion, no plans for one. Heck, the government, can't keep the post office profitable, hasn't  set up a budget, doesn't  know where billions of dollars they give out goes. The government claims not to know they are giving illegals guns to  criminals that are killing it's own police force/border guards. This government is giving out money to people who don't deserve it, lied to get and they are paying people to  keep giving it.

                                                                         SO?

        So, do you, for one second, believe the government could, even if it wanted to or had plans to, set up a State Religion? Come on get real.

       If, for any reason, you are offended by the word Christmas or songs with the word Christmas in it, I am sorry and please feel  free, yes, I said free, not to listen and by all mean don't say or sing the word Christmas.
        If this is all a religious matter to you, there are religions  I don't agree with but this is a country with Freedom of Religion. You practice yours and let others practice theirs.

    Oh a couple things, please rest assured this government is not trying to set up a "State Religion."  The group running the government these days can't agree to disagree and don't have enough experience to run much of anything and their record, although short, proves it. If the word Christmas is offensive you will be happy to know the 17 days of vacation the the President is taking is not being referred to as a Christmas vacation.
 Also know if this government tries to set itself up as the religion to which all the people need to obey, you'll have plenty of company fighting.

      No present day king, president or ruler on earth is a God.              Despite what they may think.

Away in a Manger

Away in a manger, no crib for a bed,
The little Lord Jesus laid down his sweet head.
The stars in the bright sky looked down where he lay,
The little Lord Jesus asleep on the hay.
The cattle are lowing, the baby awakes,
But little Lord Jesus no crying he makes.
I love thee, Lord Jesus! Look down from the sky,
And stay by my side until morning is nigh.
Be near me Lord Jesus,
I ask thee to stay.
Close by me forever,
And love my I pray.
Bless all the dear children,
In thy tender care.
And take them to heaven,
To be with thee there.

Oh Little Town of Bethlehem

O little town of Bethlehem,
How still we see thee lie!
Above thy deep and dreamless sleep
The silent stars go by;
Yet in thy dark streets shineth
The everlasting Light;
The hopes and fears of all the years
Are met in thee to-night.
For Christ is born of Mary,
And gathered all above,
While mortals sleep, the angels keep
Their watch of wondering love.
O morning stars, together
Proclaim the holy birth!
And praises sing to God the King,
And peace to men on earth.
How silently, how silently,
The wondrous gift is given!
So God imparts to human hearts
The blessings of his heaven.
No ear may hear his coming,
But in this world of sin,
Where meek souls will receive him, still
The dear Christ enters in.
Where children pure and happy
Pray to the blessed Child,
Where misery cries out to thee,
Son of the mother mild;
Where charity stands watching
And faith holds wide the door,
The dark night wakes, the glory breaks,
And Christmas comes once more.
O holy Child of Bethlehem!
Descend to us, we pray;
Cast out our sin and enter in,
Be born in us to-day.
We hear the Christmas angels
The great glad tidings tell;
O come to us, abide with us,
Our Lord Emmanuel!

Silent Night

Silent night, holy night,
All is calm, all is bright
Round yon virgin mother and child.
Holy infant so tender and mild,
Sleep in heavenly peace.
Sleep in heavenly peace.
Silent night, holy night,
Shepherds quake at the sight,
Glories stream from heaven afar,
Heavely hosts sing alleluia;
Christ the Saviour, is born!
Christ the Saviour, is born!
Silent night, holy night,
Son of God, love's pure light
Radiant beams from thy holy face,
With the dawn of redeeming grace,
Jesus, Lord, at thy birth.
Jesus, Lord, at thy birth.

Oh Come, All Ye Faithful

O come, all ye faithful,
Joyful and triumphant,
O come ye, O come ye to Bethlehem;
Come and behold him,
Born the King of angels;
O come, let us adore him,
O come, let us adore him,
O Come, let us adore him, Christ the Lord.
God of God,
Light of Light,
Lo! he abhors not the Virgin's womb:
Very God,
Begotten, not created; Refrain
Sing, choirs of angels,
Sing in exultation,
Sing, all ye citizens of heaven above;
Glory to God
In the highest; Refrain
See how the shepherds,
Summoned to his cradle,
Leaving their flocks, draw nigh to gaze;
We too will thither
Bend our joyful footsteps; Refrain
Child, for us sinners
Poor and in the manger,
We would embrace thee, with love and awe;
Who would not live thee,
Loving us so dearly? Refrain
Yea, Lord, we greet thee,
Born this happy morning;
Jesus, to thee be glory given;
Word of the Father,
Now in flesh appearing;

Feel free to sing them, say them,  send them to the schools that are missing them!!!!!

                           Christmas is, by far, not the end.........................................
