VP Blames Republicans For Increase In Rapes, Sad but True

                                            * "Don't screw around with me"

         It's  sad  but true, Joe Biden, the Vice President of the United States, actually said, with a mean tone, Republicans  will be to blame for the increase in rapes. Referring to their opposition to the Obama Jobs bill.
 Without getting into the merits of such a stupid   statement, fact is, the Republicans can not stop the bill in the Senate. Maybe the VP can't count or forgot, Democrats control the Senate. Mr. VP, members of your own party stopped the bill, members of the President's party stopped the bill.
             Senate Democrats didn‘t think the president’s spending bill was good for their party nor good for the country.  The President couldn’t persuade his own party, which by the way, controls the Senate, his jobs bill will help anything except the debt. 
          I  believe the VP had better stay home, keep his mouth in the quiet mode and "stop screwing with the American people."  I am proud of the Senate Democrats that had the foresight to see the latest attempt by the  President to "fix" a problem by doing the same thing that didn't work before, was bad for the country.

Virginia, you didn't, did you?

                                                   
President Obama made a clean get away after his tour/campaign stops  through North Caroline, all be it, to much smaller crowds.( This may be a sign of his chances of taking NC next year's election.) He didn't fare as well in VA,  a truck carrying the president’s teleprompter, podiums, and audio equipment was stolen in Virginia, WWBT-TV reports.

The Department of Defense confirmed the theft, but it’s unclear if the thieves targeted the vehicle for what it contained or simply got “lucky.”The truck was parked at the Virginia Center Commons Courtyard Marriott in advance on Wednesday’s presidential visit to Chesterfield.

Sources  said the vehicle had about $200,000 worth of sound equipment, several podiums and presidential seals, behind which only the President himself can stand.
They told NBC12 around 12:30 Monday afternoon that truck was recovered in the parking lot of the Holiday Inn Express near the airport and hotel staff confirm police activity.  One guest of the Hotel said he saw various law enforcement agencies examining a white box truck parked there.

Still, even though the truck was recovered it’s unclear from reports if any of the equipment was removed from the vehicle or if it was just missing temporarily.
“No classified or sensitive information was in the vehicle,” a Defense Information Systems Agency spokesperson told WWBT. “We take incidents such as this very seriously and a formal investigation is continuing.”
Seems the President might not be feeling as much, "love" as he has enjoyed in the past. Maybe, "the people" have their eyes wide open,  of course it could be a complete coincidence and the thieves had no idea what they had snatched.

 As far as we know the $1.1 million, taxpayer funded, super bus is still in the hands and under the control of the government. Even though citizens may feel as though they are being robbed when taxpayer money is being used for these types of things by the President.

Mr. President, North Caroline Won't Get Duped Again???

   Diverting attention from his poor job  performance  the President,  in North Caroline, knocked  Republicans while trying very hard to get re-elected. President Obama on Monday used tax payer money to make a campaign stop and acted like he was trying to push a jobs package, he knows is dead.  Senate Democrats planned action on what looks like a plan to help the president cover up his campaigning and make it look like a plan to hire more state worker, "or so it seems."  In campaign mode on the road, Obama accused Republicans senators of saying no to helping Americans when he knows members of his own party are also against the plan.

With the President's plan for one big bill now dead, the Senate began moving to take up parts of it. Yet given that the Senate is likely to spend the week with an overdue spending bills then taking a vacation who know when they might get to the pieces parts bills.

Senate  Leader Harry Reid planned to announce on Monday that the chamber would move first on the aid to states. Obama, campaigning through the politically crucial states of North Carolina and Virginia, acted as if he was making a coordinated push for the  "pieces part" bill and mocked Republicans for forcing a piece-by-piece approach to his jobs legislation. He left out the fact there were democrats against his, "all or nothing" plan.

 We can all thank Republicans in the Senate for rejecting consideration of his whole $447 billion plan last week.

"Maybe they just couldn't understand the whole thing at once, so we're going to break it up into bite-size pieces," a smart aleck  Obama said from his first campaign stop in Western North Carolina before getting on his $1.1million taxpayer funded black-tinted bus and heading  across the state.

Obama is trying to get  voters to fall for a $35 billion scheme or bribe  to "aid to states," one slice of his overall bill. White House spokesman Jay Carney said the White House anticipated action "very soon." What kind of action is unclear,  now voters know the President is trying to get re elected. All Americans know what he promised the last time he was trying to get elected.North Caroline voters aren't stupid  and hopefully won't get duped.

The, so called, state aid package has a dim future on Capitol Hill.

It is a non-starter in the House and most likely will  face a filibuster in the Senate. Last year, when Senate Democrats controlled 59 votes, 3 moderate Republicans  voted with Democrats to pass a $26 billion state aid package. But with their numbers down to 53, Democrats appear stuck and Americans could be spared.

In western, N.C. a supportive crowd  broke into a chant of "four more years". The president in response said: "I appreciate the four more years, but right now I'm thinking about the next thirteen months."It seems clear" to many Americans  4 more years  and 13 months is what he is after. Too bad he didn't stay in Washington, saving the American people millions of dollars. On second thought, the country might be better off if  he stays away from Washington.

Taxes, What's Fair?

          Fair is a hard word to define in the real world. When it comes to Taxes the word fair was rejected a long time ago. In a fair system the rich pay more, the poor  pay less and it would be a percentage of their earnings. In a fair system everyone  pays the same "percentage,"(which means), the rich  pay more, the poor pay less. For example, if you make $100,000,000 you pay 9%, if you make $100,000 you pay 9%, if you make $10,000 you pay 9%, if you make $1000 you pay 9%.  When you figure out what 9% is, you know the rich  pay more. It isn't  hard to figure out, unless of course you went to some of the schools that stopped teaching math or you are a government official. In that case, fair goes something like this: if you make $100,000,000 you pay 43%, if you make $100,000 you pay 30% if you make $10,000 you pay 3%, if you make $1000 you pay 0% and get a $6090 check from the government.

I am sick and tire of hearing;  the rich are not paying their fair share! It's a lie simply to get people worked up so one party can get votes over the other. The top 1%  of the wage earners are paying about 38 to 40% or more of all  taxes. The top 2% to 5% are paying  over 20% of all taxes, the tops 6% to 10% are paying  about 11% of all taxes and so on down the line. The bottom 50% of tax payers are paying less than 3% of all taxes, I ask you, does that sound fair?      
  I know there are all kinds of stories out there claiming the  wealthy  are not paying taxes. The facts are, they do and  pay the largest percent.
If we had a  fair, simple tax code without all the loopholes  AND   the government would stop spending, spending, spending.......... we would all be better off!

  I would love to know how a person can pay $619.00 in taxes and get a refund check for $6021?

 Tax revenue is not the problem in this country,  over spending, stupid spending, wasteful spending, spending that defies all logic by the government is the problem!

Members of Congress have spent hundreds of thousands of taxpayer dollars supplying their offices with popcorn machines, plasma televisions, DVD equipment, ionic air fresheners, camcorders, and signature machines -- plus $24,730 leasing a Lexus, $1,434 on a digital camera  and $84,000 on personalized calendars


Washington  spent $1.8 million to help build a private golf course in Atlanta, Georgia.


The Conservation Reserve program pays farmers $2 billion annually not to farm their land."**

* These are are examples of wasteful spending, by the government, going on in this country all the time.


 The New Health Care bill that was passed by this administration. One which, if left unchanged is going to cost every wage earning lots of money in the very near future.
 If you have tried to purchase health insurance recently you've seen the rise in costs.

Protection Bureau, Protecting What - Not the Consumers

Obama, with a straight face, criticized efforts in Congress, led by Republicans, to roll back some of the financial rules approved last year. He even tried to defend the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau created by that legislation, against GOP efforts to weaken it.

Obama, again, with a straight face, said  some banks are now following the  new regulations and are charging consumers more. (Thank you Mr. President) " Does anybody up there ever think these things through before they vote on them? Or was this another of the famous,"pass it so we can see what's in it" bills. " It was a reference to a fee some banks are imposing  on the consumers because of the  restrictions on debit card fees banks used to charge retailers  but now charge consumers, thanks to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

"It's not necessarily fair to consumers," he said.( I guess rules are rules and since nobody had the foresight to  see what was coming the consumer will get soaked again) Thank you, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Now what is consumer Protection all about?

Obama also said the European Union has to act fast to deal with its debt crisis, but he said he is confident that European leaders are ready to take the necessary steps. The United States leaders screwed it up royally.  Thank you, Mr. President and the Consumer Protection Bureau. Will someone tell me who  passed a bill setting up this SO CALLED Consumer Protection Financial Bureau?

LETS RECAP, THE DEMS  CAME UP WITH AND THE PRESIDENT SIGNED THE LEGISLATION THAT FORMED THIS PROTECTION ... BUREAU THAT IS NOW COSTING THE CONSUMERS MORE MONEY. ( LET ME GET THIS STRAIGHT)THE PRESIDENT IS UPSET AND IS TELLING THE REPS. THE PEOPLE WILL VOTE THEM OUT???  MR. PRESIDENT, THE PEOPLE AREN'T STUPID AND I HOPE THEY DO VOTE OUT THOSE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LATEST MESS, YOU AND MEMBERS OF YOUR PARTY!!

                         Thank you for letting the American people know  just how important it is not to consider race, looks or sex in determining who will make a good President but rather if the person has ever done anything in their  life that would remotely qualify such a person for the job.                          Thank you for showing all of us by your actions as president,  because a  person is elected President of the United States of America  it doesn't make them any smarter than they were before the were elected. In other words, just because a  person is elected President that, election, in itself, doesn't make them smarter.
                           I would also like to thank most of the American people for not believing  a person just because they are President. No matter how many TV commercials they air, no matter how many speeches they give.

Idiot, Evil, Incompetent or Well Planned?

Does he have any idea what he is doing?

Is this man an idiot?  (A question, not an accusation.) To be honest, I as well as many Americans am not sure what to believe. It's hard to believe or I don't want to believe he is evil, on the other hand it's hard to believe any person, at this level could be  as dumb as he seems. 

Example 1:

              The Obama Energy Department announced  that it has finalized a $737 million, yes, $737 MILLION loan guarantee for a Nevada solar project.

This qustionable decision comes weeks after a California-based solar manufacturer that received a $535 million loan guarantee from the Obama administration in 2009 filed for bankruptcy and laid off 1,100 workers.

"The $737 million loan guarantee will help finance construction of the Crescent Dunes Solar Energy Project, a 110-megawatt solar-power-generating facility in Nye County, Nev. The project is sponsored by Tonopah Solar, a subsidiary of California-based SolarReserve."

“The Energy Department says the project will result in 600 construction jobs and 45 permanent jobs.”*** $737 million divided by 45 = $16.37 million per job.

"Crescent Dunes is the latest solar project to receive a loan guarantee from the Energy Department in recent weeks. The department announced a $1.2 billion loan guarantee to Abengoa Solar for a solar generation project in California and a $150 million loan guarantee to 1366 Technologies for a Massachusetts solar manufacturing project earlier this month."

  

 $535Million  plus  $737Million  plus  $1.2Billion  plus  $150Million =  I  ask again, is this man an idiot, evil or what?

Example 2:

After tripling the US deficit in a year, increasing the federal budget by a trillion dollars in a little over 3 years, adding $4 trillion to the national debt in two-and-a-half years and overseeing the first downgrade of the American economy in a century, our failed president  lectured Europe on fiscal responsibility this week.

What is this man doing and why do we let him get by with it???? We all need to take a long hard look at his record before we vote. Unlike last time the people  have a record of what he has done to this country. It 's getting hard for any media outlet to put a good face on his record.........

Before you vote,  ask yourself, is this the change I was looking/voting for in the last election?

  I don't have a calculator with enough space to figure how much money this administration has "dissed"  away. One has to wonder if the results are going as planned???

President told the CBC to take off their bedroom slippers, stop complaining and.........

     

           The President of the United States ruffled some feather (and more) while speaking at the Black Caucus annual awards dinner on Saturday. The President told them to take off their bedroom slippers, put on their marching shoes, stop grumblin', stop cryin', "shake it off," and "stop complaining."     The, "stop complaining," remark ticked off some of those attending the dinner. Maxine Waters,  wanted to know, who was he  talking to, she said, "I found that language a bit curious because the president spoke to the Hispanic Caucus, and certainly they're pushing him on immigration... he certainly didn't tell them to stop complaining," she said. "And he would never say that to the gay and lesbian community, who really pushed him on Don't Ask, Don't Tell." She seemed a little upset or surprised over the President's speech to the CBC.
 It is just my thought, but the less he says the better off he seems to be these days and  the less he does the better off the country will be!

Tell us what you are really up to Mr. President?

     
         Mr. President what are you doing?  I am sure you wanted to be President even if it wasn't entirely your idea. I don't know exactly who backed you in your run to become President and as much as I and others would love to know, right now that isn't all that important. The important thing is, what you are doing to the country and why? I thought you had gotten way in over your head  as well as some of those around you. However,  I am torn, I am not sure if you really don't know what is going on or you have a plan for the country you believe is better than what we have had  from the beginning. In either case you are, to put it lightly, screwing things up big time. I do mean big time!!!!!!!!
 We are in more debt that in any other time in our history and recently you have started to create class warfare. What's going on? Things are not getting better and won't if you and the others in DC keep throwing money, our money, down the tubes, out the window, into companies that take it and go bankrupt. Mr President stop and think of  all the money that has been "thrown away" since you have been President. Now tell me and the other Americans what do you or we have to show for it?
You can use  fancy words and nice speeches but don't  tell me anything about jobs you have "saved" or about  jobs you have created especially if they are government jobs. A government job is  tax payer money being spent by the government to create more government. Creating class warfare isn't helping either.......

  STOP SPENDING THE MONEY!!!!!!!!!

  Others have said, spending the people's money might  be what you are trying to do. Spend until things are so bad government (who screwed things up in the first place) has to step in and take over to "FIX" things, ...... again!
 You latest plan is pretty much like the first one. By the way, that didn't work either so why, pray tell, should anyone believe it is going to be different this time?
 My hope is, those left in  government that have any sense will try their hardest to stop you from "screwing up"  until the American people have a chance to vote you out  of the office of President of the United States. Hopefully  vote in someone with  business sense, who understands the way the economy works, who likes the form of government we have, who is willing to change the way government works and not change the the form of the government.

( It's hard to tell if the President is trying to bring  society and government to a more socialist  form or if he doesn't understand the way things works. It is hard for me to believe his is stupid or uninformed. )
I believe the media in this country did us all a disservice by not digging deeper into the current president's back ground and finding out exactly what he was all about before the election.
He, like everyone else in the country, has a right to his views on the way government should run. The media should have investigated and tried to find out  more about this man before  getting behind him and pinning theirs and some of the American people's hopes on his from of  CHANGE.   We still don't know what this guy is up to! One this is for sure, this has been a presidency of Change! In my humble opinion the Change has not been for the better.)

As Glenn Beck correctly predicted from day one, Barack Hussein Obama is following the plan of Cloward & Piven, two professors at Columbia University .

They outlined a plan to socialize America by overwhelming the system with government spending and entitlement demands.  Add up the clues below. Taken individually they're alarming.

Taken as a whole, it is a brilliant, Machiavellian game plan to turn the United States into a socialist/Marxist state with a permanent majority that desperately needs government for survival ... and can be counted on to always vote for bigger government.  Why not? They have no responsibility to pay for it.

 

Universal health care. The health care bill had very little to do with health care. It had everything to do with unionizing millions of hospital and health care workers, as well as adding 15,000 to 20,000 new IRS agents (who will join government employee unions).  Obama doesn't care that giving free health care to 30 million Americans will add trillions to the national debt.  What he does care about is that it cements the dependence of those 30 million voters to Democrats and big government.  Who but a socialist revolutionary would pass this reckless spending bill in the middle of a depression?

 

Cap and trade. Like health care legislation having nothing to do with health care, cap and trade has nothing to do with global warming.  It has everything to do with redistribution of income, government control
of the economy and a criminal payoff to Obama's biggest contributors.  Those powerful and wealthy unions and contributors (like GE, which owns NBC, MSNBC and CNBC) can then be counted on to support everything Obama wants.  They will kick-back hundreds of millions of dollars in contributions to Obama and the Democratic Party to keep them in power.  The bonus is that all the new taxes on Americans with bigger cars, bigger homes and businesses helps Obama "spread the wealth around.

 

Make Puerto Rico a state. Why? Who's asking for a 51st state?  Who's asking for millions of new welfare recipients and government entitlement addicts in the middle of a depression? Certainly not American taxpayers. But this has been Barack Hussein Obama's plan all along.  His goal is to add two new Democrat senators, five Democrat congressman and a million loyal Democratic voters who are dependent on big government. 

 

Legalize 12 million illegal Mexican immigrants.  Just giving these 12 million potential new citizens free health care alone could overwhelm the system and bankrupt America .  But it adds 12 million reliable new Democrat voters who can be counted on to support big government. Add another few trillion dollars in welfare, aid to dependent children,  food stamps, free medical, education, tax credits for the poor, and eventually Social Security.

 

Stimulus and bailouts. Where did all that money go?  It went to Democrat contributors, organizations (ACORN), and unions -- including billions of dollars to save or create jobs of government employees across the country.  It went to save GM and Chrysler so that their employees could keep paying union dues.  It went to AIG so that Goldman Sachs could be bailed out (after giving Obama almost $1 million in contributions).  A staggering $125 billion went to teachers (thereby protecting their union dues).  All those public employees will vote loyally Democrat to protect their bloated salaries and pensions that are bankrupting America .  The country goes broke, future generations face a bleak future, but Obama, the Democrat Party, government, and the unions grow more powerful.  The ends justify the means.

 

Raise taxes on small business owners, high-income earners, and job creators. Put the entire burden on only the top 20 percent of taxpayers, redistribute the income, punish success, and reward those who did nothing to deserve it (except vote for Obama).  Reagan wanted to dramatically cut taxes in order to starve the government. Barack Obama wants to dramatically raise taxes to starve his political opposition. With the acts outlined above, Barack Hussein Obama and his regime have created a vast and rapidly expanding constituency of voters dependent on big government; a vast privileged class of public employees who work for big government; and a government dedicated to destroying capitalism and installing themselves as socialist rulers by overwhelming the system.

 

Add it up and you've got the perfect Marxist scheme -- all devised by my Columbia University college classmate Barack Hussein Obama using the Cloward and Piven Plan."

                              

          I can't say, because I don't know him, exactly what he is up to. Something is not right, things have not been getting better and  some of the things his classmate says sure ring true.

Everyone has their opinion and that is what makes this country great, lets keep it that way. Be smart and when you hear the President telling the people, this time he has the solution and the solution is more of what didn't work last time, be CAREFUL, very careful.
