          The new Obama student loan program SHALL be done...  President  Obama announced Wednesday   on his second campaign visit to the Rocky Mountain electoral battleground of Colorado in a month, the President said,"We want you in school. But we shouldn't saddle you with debt when you're starting off," referring to the high costs at some Universities.

          Obama's plan, to be enacted by executive order,  means payments would go down for 1.6 million Americans by between $4.00 and $8.00 and  as much as $10.00 in some cases.The President did say,"These changes will make a difference for millions of Americans. It will save you money.( failing to mention  how much of a savings) 

          The plan was among a series of initiatives that Obama unveiled during a three day campaign trip to California, Nevada and Colorado using his executive powers, thus under minding the way America's government  operates.

        It's  clear the President wants young people and  parents to imagine  far greater savings than  actual savings. The President didn't say  how much these "saving"  will  cost to implement.

         I would be remiss if I didn't mention, the President of the United States of America, being  "all knowing and all seeing"  stepped outside  the rules and decided he knows more than all the congress men and woman in Washington  and took it upon himself to spend the people's money all by himself. The  truth is, it isn't going to help most  students or parents and is going to cost those same people as  well as the rest of the people a very large sum of money.

           He  was not sent to Washington to be  King,  let me repeat, He was not sent to Washington  to be King, not by the people of the United States. Mr. President  we are not a country  where one person rules, no, not even you. We have a House, Senate and a President. This is our system of checks and balances. Mr. President even if you feel you know better  than all of the other Presidents,  founding fathers and most of the citizens of the United States, it doesn't matter, that is not the way our government works.
  Perhaps he wants to change our form of government, the other members of his party  don't seem upset with what he is doing to this country.( I mean no disrespect to the other members of his party that know better and don't agree with him)
 Say no to the King in the next election!

Short and Not Sweet!

   
          President Obama, this is a plea for you to leave office. To put it short and not so very sweet: The United States under your so "wonderful" leadership is now borrowing $2 million  a minute, yes a minute. That's about $4 billions a day. That money is no longer the taxpayer's money it's China's money.  You keep coming up with plans  to spend more and more each day on "wonderful" programs that you, and I guess, your wonderful staff  and or fellow democrats are trying to make us believe are going to help the country. (I want to say I am sorry to all democrats that are not a party to this man's  foolishness and probable evil plans.)
 But at $4 billion a day we need to do something and do something quick!!  I do not have the answer but I do know generations to come will be paying for this man's foolish mistakes and what seem to be, evil ways.
           Stop now Mr. President, borrowing $4 billions a day you are spending this country into real trouble and  putting the United States in a very dangerous situation with the rest of the world.
                                              STOP STOP STOP STOP!!!

Trick or Treat, the Obama Way!

         
          Trick on the American people and treat for American's enemies. Yes, the President saw to it that America's most powerful nuclear bomb was dismantled yesterday. He got it done  a year ahead of time without much fan fare, without much news coverage of American's biggest defensive weapon  being dismantled!!!

"The B53 wasn't just any old megabomb. It was the first bunker buster. US nuclear doctrine called for it to be delivered over suspected underground Soviet command-and-control facilities. The dumb bomb wouldn't destroy the command center alone  it would destroy everything remotely near it, leaving -- literally -- a smoldering crater. That was the US's plan for "victory" in a nuclear war.

"It was one heck of a whopper," Kristensen says. "We have nothing that comes close to it in the stockpile anymore. It's the end of an era."

The US "had" 400 of the mega-gravity bombs. "

          OK so who wants to re-elect him ?
          Obama did over see the elimination of a couple of "really" bad guys  in the world but  truth be known, if he had his way the information that lead to their elimination would not have been available. The record shows he was against many of the things that lead to these bad guy being caught and killed.
 So the big bad Mr. President isn't as bad as one might think. I didn't hear the President blaming the elimination of these bad guys on Bush  or claiming he inherited the elimination process. No, if it is bad it is Bush's fault but if he can gain from something he takes credit.
  Wake up America!

President Obama Scary?

   NO!      I am not talking about Halloween costumes, I am talking about what  President Obama said  yesterday, if you don't re-elect him you will be on your own.  Scary, NO!  These maybe  some of the most reassuring  words we have heard out of Washington in a long time.  As we all know, "on your own" is a misstatement by the President. When he doesn't get re-elected  someone else will.(That thought alone may jump start the economy.)
  In yesterday's speech the President tried, once again, to scare voters. The fact is he is scaring more people by  the actions he has taken and wants to try them again.   It seems the President can't get his own party behind some of his rather radical ideas and for good reason. The fact is he has had no experience in doing things he claims  will help the economy, things he tried and they failed  and now wants everyone to believe they will help this time, the second time around.
 Mr. President do the American people a favor,  go out and treat some of your party members and stop tricking the American people.

The Medicare Prescription drug program has become one of the most successful and efficient government benefit programs in history. Not that this is anything to "write home" about but American's seniors depend on it each day. President Obama is trying to radically change the  the Medicare Prescription Drug Program. He is going to "fix" it with Medicaid-style price controls.( Oh no, here he goes again, trying to FIX something!) When the current President says he is going to fix something hold on to your wallets, the wallets of your kids and grand kids.
*Obama's Fix includes price controls and we all know how well  that has helped in the past..........

Medicare Rx drug premiums for millions of seniors will increase by up to 40%.


Annual costs for almost 18 million seniors will increase by as much as $208.


Total out-of-pocket drug cost for seniors and other medicare beneficiaries will increase by up to $3.7 billion per year  after the President fixes the system.

Campaigning, President Barack Obama on Friday declared an end to the Iraq war one of the longest and most divisive conflicts in U.S. history. He is President and in his mind what he says is true.  Announcing  to the world that all American troops will be coming home by year's end thus putting  an end to the war,  if the job is done or not.

Instead of stating, everything has been taken care of, the campaigning  Obama spoke of a promise kept and now it's time  to focus on building up the economy at home.

"I can report that, as promised, the rest of our troops in Iraq will come home by the end of the year," Obama said. "After nearly nine years, America's war in Iraq will be over",(because he said  so?)

Obama spoke after a private video conference with Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki, and he offered assurances that the two leaders agreed on the decision, just like the assurances he gave the American people about the first "job's bill about all those shovel ready jobs.

Obama, an opponent of the war from the start, took office and accelerated the end of the conflict. In August 2010, he declared the U.S. combat mission over.

"Over the next two months tens of thousands of our troops in Iraq will ready themselves  for the journey home," Obama said. "The last American soldier will cross the border out of Iraq with their heads held high, proud of their success and knowing that the American people stand united in our support for our troops." He didn't mention if there would be any civilians jobs for these braves troops when they returned home.
 I am confident  it is not  a good thing to let everyone know exactly when your are going to leave a conflict.  However it is a good thing when you are trying to get re-elected and can use it as a promise fulfilled.

 Lets bring this situation down to a kids level and explain it. You have three kids, one is being attacked by  a bully,  a third kid who is the biggest comes over to the small kid's yard and helps him beat up the bully. As the bully is laying on the ground the biggest kid says I have to leave at 4:45.
Not being an idiot, the  bully backs off knowing full well after about 4:50 he can come back and smack the  "you know what" out of the small kid, after all he knows exactly when the big is going home.
 If the big kid had said, I am not sure when or if I have to go home, the bully would have high tailed it out of there and probably stopped bugging the little kid.

Rosa DeLauro (D.-Conn.), the Diaper Investment and Aid to Promote Economic Recovery Act (DIAPER Act) directs the federal government to distribute free diapers for moms who put their kids in day care centers to "relieve some of the stress on families facing hardship in this economy."
Without diapers, children are not allowed to attend day care, said DeLauro, who described those in need as a "lost generation of Americans."
"In fact, over one in five mothers have had to skip an obligation and stay home with their child because of lack of diapers," DeLauro said. "And losing out on day care makes it even harder for parents to put in a full day's work."
Critics of the bill say it exemplifies the type of cradle-to-grave, nanny-state legislation supported by Democrat lawmakers that the government can't afford.
"This is a literal push for the nanny state," said Robert Gordon, senior adviser for strategic outreach at The Heritage Foundation. "With no regard for the Constitution and regardless of our deficit and debt, there's no issue too local or too small for liberals to find a role for the federal government."
Penny Young Nance, president and chief executive officer for Concerned Women for America, said the legislation would help a small group of people, while placing a greater tax burden on a larger group of parents.
"Stay-at-home moms where the dad is making the single income make great sacrifices," Nance said. "It doesn't work to take more from her husband's paycheck to give away diapers. And what about families where the grandmother, sister or dad stays home while the spouse works? We believe this is shortsighted."

Moammar Gadhafi is now, No More Gadhafi!

                        Dragged from hiding in a drainage pipe, a wounded Moammar Gadhafi raised his hands and begged:   

                         "Don't kill me, my sons."         We know the fate of Mr. Gadhafi... so as Paul Harvey used to say, "Now the rest of the story"
        President Obama's  leadership, the Obama doctrine and President Obama's fearless actions are the reasons the world is a safer place today. After all it was President Obama who single handily flew the plane while shooting at and hitting Gadhafi's  vehicle as it was trying to make a get away. The President jumped from the plane,  not thinking of his own safety but only of re-election and safely landed near the scene, whipped out his gun and forced a begging Gadhafi out of the drainage pipe where he was trying to hide. From that point on things get a little blurry and due to safety concerns more details will not be forth coming. Let's just  say, Moammar Gadhfi is now No-more Gadhfi. Which, by the way, is probably a good thing for the rest of the world.
 There was no confirmation that the President left the scene in the $1.1 million, taxpayer funded,  black campaign bus.
      What, you doubt the rest of the story? OK, maybe the details are a little less than true but I figure, everything that has gone wrong in the country for the last 10 or so years was Bush's fault it stands to reason anything that has gone right for the last 2 years  is  due to  President Obama swift and decisive actions.
       All kidding aside I believe ridding the world of such a bad person makes the world a safer place, thanks to all who worked to carry out the plan.
       I don't know who came up with and actually carried out the plan but President Obama rightly gets some of the credit because he is the President, even though he might or might not have known about the plan.
       (I hope there is a plan to get the United States out of the mess this President has helped deepen.)    
 A warning to the wise and  the President:  "The fact is

VP Blames Republicans For Increase In Rapes, Sad but True

                                            * "Don't screw around with me"

         It's  sad  but true, Joe Biden, the Vice President of the United States, actually said, with a mean tone, Republicans  will be to blame for the increase in rapes. Referring to their opposition to the Obama Jobs bill.
 Without getting into the merits of such a stupid   statement, fact is, the Republicans can not stop the bill in the Senate. Maybe the VP can't count or forgot, Democrats control the Senate. Mr. VP, members of your own party stopped the bill, members of the President's party stopped the bill.
             Senate Democrats didn‘t think the president’s spending bill was good for their party nor good for the country.  The President couldn’t persuade his own party, which by the way, controls the Senate, his jobs bill will help anything except the debt. 
          I  believe the VP had better stay home, keep his mouth in the quiet mode and "stop screwing with the American people."  I am proud of the Senate Democrats that had the foresight to see the latest attempt by the  President to "fix" a problem by doing the same thing that didn't work before, was bad for the country.

Virginia, you didn't, did you?

                                                   
President Obama made a clean get away after his tour/campaign stops  through North Caroline, all be it, to much smaller crowds.( This may be a sign of his chances of taking NC next year's election.) He didn't fare as well in VA,  a truck carrying the president’s teleprompter, podiums, and audio equipment was stolen in Virginia, WWBT-TV reports.

The Department of Defense confirmed the theft, but it’s unclear if the thieves targeted the vehicle for what it contained or simply got “lucky.”The truck was parked at the Virginia Center Commons Courtyard Marriott in advance on Wednesday’s presidential visit to Chesterfield.

Sources  said the vehicle had about $200,000 worth of sound equipment, several podiums and presidential seals, behind which only the President himself can stand.
They told NBC12 around 12:30 Monday afternoon that truck was recovered in the parking lot of the Holiday Inn Express near the airport and hotel staff confirm police activity.  One guest of the Hotel said he saw various law enforcement agencies examining a white box truck parked there.

Still, even though the truck was recovered it’s unclear from reports if any of the equipment was removed from the vehicle or if it was just missing temporarily.
“No classified or sensitive information was in the vehicle,” a Defense Information Systems Agency spokesperson told WWBT. “We take incidents such as this very seriously and a formal investigation is continuing.”
Seems the President might not be feeling as much, "love" as he has enjoyed in the past. Maybe, "the people" have their eyes wide open,  of course it could be a complete coincidence and the thieves had no idea what they had snatched.

 As far as we know the $1.1 million, taxpayer funded, super bus is still in the hands and under the control of the government. Even though citizens may feel as though they are being robbed when taxpayer money is being used for these types of things by the President.

Mr. President, North Caroline Won't Get Duped Again???

   Diverting attention from his poor job  performance  the President,  in North Caroline, knocked  Republicans while trying very hard to get re-elected. President Obama on Monday used tax payer money to make a campaign stop and acted like he was trying to push a jobs package, he knows is dead.  Senate Democrats planned action on what looks like a plan to help the president cover up his campaigning and make it look like a plan to hire more state worker, "or so it seems."  In campaign mode on the road, Obama accused Republicans senators of saying no to helping Americans when he knows members of his own party are also against the plan.

With the President's plan for one big bill now dead, the Senate began moving to take up parts of it. Yet given that the Senate is likely to spend the week with an overdue spending bills then taking a vacation who know when they might get to the pieces parts bills.

Senate  Leader Harry Reid planned to announce on Monday that the chamber would move first on the aid to states. Obama, campaigning through the politically crucial states of North Carolina and Virginia, acted as if he was making a coordinated push for the  "pieces part" bill and mocked Republicans for forcing a piece-by-piece approach to his jobs legislation. He left out the fact there were democrats against his, "all or nothing" plan.

 We can all thank Republicans in the Senate for rejecting consideration of his whole $447 billion plan last week.

"Maybe they just couldn't understand the whole thing at once, so we're going to break it up into bite-size pieces," a smart aleck  Obama said from his first campaign stop in Western North Carolina before getting on his $1.1million taxpayer funded black-tinted bus and heading  across the state.

Obama is trying to get  voters to fall for a $35 billion scheme or bribe  to "aid to states," one slice of his overall bill. White House spokesman Jay Carney said the White House anticipated action "very soon." What kind of action is unclear,  now voters know the President is trying to get re elected. All Americans know what he promised the last time he was trying to get elected.North Caroline voters aren't stupid  and hopefully won't get duped.

The, so called, state aid package has a dim future on Capitol Hill.

It is a non-starter in the House and most likely will  face a filibuster in the Senate. Last year, when Senate Democrats controlled 59 votes, 3 moderate Republicans  voted with Democrats to pass a $26 billion state aid package. But with their numbers down to 53, Democrats appear stuck and Americans could be spared.

In western, N.C. a supportive crowd  broke into a chant of "four more years". The president in response said: "I appreciate the four more years, but right now I'm thinking about the next thirteen months."It seems clear" to many Americans  4 more years  and 13 months is what he is after. Too bad he didn't stay in Washington, saving the American people millions of dollars. On second thought, the country might be better off if  he stays away from Washington.

Taxes, What's Fair?

          Fair is a hard word to define in the real world. When it comes to Taxes the word fair was rejected a long time ago. In a fair system the rich pay more, the poor  pay less and it would be a percentage of their earnings. In a fair system everyone  pays the same "percentage,"(which means), the rich  pay more, the poor pay less. For example, if you make $100,000,000 you pay 9%, if you make $100,000 you pay 9%, if you make $10,000 you pay 9%, if you make $1000 you pay 9%.  When you figure out what 9% is, you know the rich  pay more. It isn't  hard to figure out, unless of course you went to some of the schools that stopped teaching math or you are a government official. In that case, fair goes something like this: if you make $100,000,000 you pay 43%, if you make $100,000 you pay 30% if you make $10,000 you pay 3%, if you make $1000 you pay 0% and get a $6090 check from the government.

I am sick and tire of hearing;  the rich are not paying their fair share! It's a lie simply to get people worked up so one party can get votes over the other. The top 1%  of the wage earners are paying about 38 to 40% or more of all  taxes. The top 2% to 5% are paying  over 20% of all taxes, the tops 6% to 10% are paying  about 11% of all taxes and so on down the line. The bottom 50% of tax payers are paying less than 3% of all taxes, I ask you, does that sound fair?      
  I know there are all kinds of stories out there claiming the  wealthy  are not paying taxes. The facts are, they do and  pay the largest percent.
If we had a  fair, simple tax code without all the loopholes  AND   the government would stop spending, spending, spending.......... we would all be better off!

  I would love to know how a person can pay $619.00 in taxes and get a refund check for $6021?

 Tax revenue is not the problem in this country,  over spending, stupid spending, wasteful spending, spending that defies all logic by the government is the problem!


EXAMPLES:

"Taxpayers  funded paintings for the offices of high-ranking government officials at a cost of up to $50,000 apiece.


Members of Congress have spent hundreds of thousands of taxpayer dollars supplying their offices with popcorn machines, plasma televisions, DVD equipment, ionic air fresheners, camcorders, and signature machines -- plus $24,730 leasing a Lexus, $1,434 on a digital camera  and $84,000 on personalized calendars


Washington  spent $1.8 million to help build a private golf course in Atlanta, Georgia.


The Conservation Reserve program pays farmers $2 billion annually not to farm their land."**

* These are are examples of wasteful spending, by the government, going on in this country all the time.


 The New Health Care bill that was passed by this administration. One which, if left unchanged is going to cost every wage earning lots of money in the very near future.
 If you have tried to purchase health insurance recently you've seen the rise in costs.


 Please remember this when it comes time to vote for a "New" President!

Protection Bureau, Protecting What - Not the Consumers

Obama, with a straight face, criticized efforts in Congress, led by Republicans, to roll back some of the financial rules approved last year. He even tried to defend the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau created by that legislation, against GOP efforts to weaken it.

Obama, again, with a straight face, said  some banks are now following the  new regulations and are charging consumers more. (Thank you Mr. President) " Does anybody up there ever think these things through before they vote on them? Or was this another of the famous,"pass it so we can see what's in it" bills. " It was a reference to a fee some banks are imposing  on the consumers because of the  restrictions on debit card fees banks used to charge retailers  but now charge consumers, thanks to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

"It's not necessarily fair to consumers," he said.( I guess rules are rules and since nobody had the foresight to  see what was coming the consumer will get soaked again) Thank you, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Now what is consumer Protection all about?

Obama also said the European Union has to act fast to deal with its debt crisis, but he said he is confident that European leaders are ready to take the necessary steps. The United States leaders screwed it up royally.  Thank you, Mr. President and the Consumer Protection Bureau. Will someone tell me who  passed a bill setting up this SO CALLED Consumer Protection Financial Bureau? 

                                                 THE PRESIDENT AND HIS PARTY DID WHAT?

LETS RECAP, THE DEMS  CAME UP WITH AND THE PRESIDENT SIGNED THE LEGISLATION THAT FORMED THIS PROTECTION ... BUREAU THAT IS NOW COSTING THE CONSUMERS MORE MONEY. ( LET ME GET THIS STRAIGHT)THE PRESIDENT IS UPSET AND IS TELLING THE REPS. THE PEOPLE WILL VOTE THEM OUT???  MR. PRESIDENT, THE PEOPLE AREN'T STUPID AND I HOPE THEY DO VOTE OUT THOSE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LATEST MESS, YOU AND MEMBERS OF YOUR PARTY!!

                        Thank you for letting the world know, when it comes to, corruption and stupidity  in politics it's  not limited to any certain race, religion or other such factors.

                         Thank you for letting the American people and media, know they must be much more informed about the past of a potential presidential candidate.

                         Thank you for letting the American people know  just how important it is not to consider race, looks or sex in determining who will make a good President but rather if the person has ever done anything in their  life that would remotely qualify such a person for the job. (President)

                         Thank you for showing all of us by your actions as president,  because a  person is elected President of the United States of America  it doesn't make them any smarter than they were before the were elected. In other words, just because a  person is elected President that, election, in itself, doesn't make them smarter.
                           I would also like to thank most of the American people for not believing  a person just because they are President. No matter how many TV commercials they air, no matter how many speeches they give.
